The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and offers a great view of the Landwehr Canal. The residential complex is situated right next to the quay wall of the City Marina – ideal for enjoying the maritime atmosphere to the fullest. From the living room and the glazed loggia, you have a beautiful view of the harbor basin. From the balcony, you can look towards the "Alte Liebe" and see the busy shipping lane of the Elbe, the world's shipping route. All ships heading to Hamburg pass through here – a real experience for anyone who loves the harbor vibe. The complex offers an underground garage with direct access to the building, so you can conveniently park your car and quickly reach the apartment. There is a secure communal cellar for your bicycle. With the elevator, you can easily reach the 1st floor from the underground garage – it doesn't get more comfortable than this. A high-speed internet connection with LAN and WLAN allows you to connect to the 3 smart TVs as well as your own laptop – perfect for entertainment or work, according to your needs. For your comfort, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cold days. The ventilation system with heat recovery ensures fresh air and a pleasant indoor climate. All windows are equipped with electrically operated exterior blinds, so you can create the perfect darkness at any time. The apartment features allergy-friendly beds and is completely free of carpets – only with hard flooring that is easy to maintain and modern. Unfortunately, pets and dogs are not allowed. If you are arriving by boat, you can rent a guest boat berth directly from the harbor master.
